A rare Limited Edition by Frank Wootton signed by the legendary Adolf Galland

From an original painting by Frank Wootton depicting Adolf Galland in his last combat sortie; leading Me262s of JV44 on an interception of USAAF bombers high over Bavaria.

After being charged with the formation of JV44 - the famous ‘Squadron of Experts’ - Adolf Galland became the only General in history to lead a squadron into battle. He finished the war with 104 air victories, all in the West, and was decorated with the Knight’s Cross with Oak Leaves, Swords and Diamonds.
